Our family lives on the upper floor, and we're offering the entire 2 bed & 1 bath suite with kitchen and living room downstairs. Newly renovated w/ all new furnishings and appliances. Very clean, modern, stylish. Ten minute walk to bars, restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the metro/subway which takes you to the National Mall, Zoo, and airports. Very easy parking. Quiet cul-de-sac street.

Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room and big kitchen. It has washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room. Second bed for two guests must be requested with onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist. No bikes!!

The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

"The Hideaway" offers Free Parking onsite and is renovated with new appliances and eclectic 1940s adventure decór. Please note, this is a private basement studio apartment in a single family home. We live upstairs with our young son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
