It’s a great base to explore from, with local walks on the property or longer walks in the area.

Unique solar house, Self contained Flat,Pet lovers

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

A home that is full of warmth and character, offering a welcoming retreat with thoughtful touches throughout. A crackling fire anchors the living space, creating the perfect spot to unwind on cold Armidale evenings. The master bedroom is tucked away in a loft, with beautiful custom timber joinery secluding the space without compromising on light and view to the greenery outside. Outside, the yard is home to a fire pit and dotted with established fruit trees and natives.

The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.
