Enjoy our stand-alone studio on Wollochet Bay. Studio is above detached garage and is the guest house behind the waterfront home. Beach studio has private circular stairway entrance. Please note: Maximum stay from May 1 - Sept 30 is 2 weeks. THE CROW'S NEST is a 739 sq ft, private, 2nd-story studio apartment above the detached garage of a waterfront home. It has 10' ceilings and is fully furnished with a private entrance. Walk down the path alongside the house & find incredible views of the bay and Mt Rainier. Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.

While the delightful downtown of Gig Harbor and the beautiful Puget Sound are just a few minutes away, this location is great and convenient for exploring the South Sound area of Washington State. The apartment suite is a dedicated space in the brightly lit daylight basement of our home with its own parking and private entry. Welcome to Lakefront Living in Gig Harbor! Enjoy the serenity of the lake from a comfortable single-story, three-bedroom home. The home is decorated in neutral, soothing colors with light touches of lake décor. Pedal around the lake (seasonal use May-Oct) in the home's 2-person pedal boat (life jackets provided), enjoy our SUP or kayaks on the lake or relax on the deck with something cool to drink while dinner is on the barbeque.

Beautifully restored waterfront A-frame cabin on Fox Island offers sweeping views of the Puget Sound, Chambers Bay, and a peek-a-boo view of Mt Rainer. Sit on the large deck and watch seals, otters, and whales swim by. Cozy up next to the fireplace at night and play games. Roast marshmallows and enjoy campfire stories by the large fire pit down on the bulkhead. Two kayaks available for use during the spring and summer months.

Expansive views of Mt Rainier are a feature of the Oberon Property, along with a very secluded waterfront access for launching your kayak or beach combing. Boaters and sailors can make use of the private mooring buoy as well.
