Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

The hot tub is situated in the paddock area giving uninterrupted views and secluded by trees. We are near a number of lovely beaches and walks and some super restaurants. . The barn can be rented along with the main house, which sleeps 16.
