The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

Moat Barn is located in the beautiful and quiet Suffolk countryside. The accommodation is on the first floor and accessible via an external wooden staircase. A large private balcony with views overlooking fields and sunsets. The bedroom has a superking sized bed, linen bedding and a 2nd set of patio doors onto the balcony. A great base for walks in the surrounding countryside and for visiting nearby coastline. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and furry companions.

The Piggery is perfect for working away from home, an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Pea pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small farm. We made the pods ourselves from scratch so we really know them inside and out. It gave us the opportunity to make them exactly how we wanted them. Pea Pod is finished to a high standard and finished off with colourful soft furnishings and luxury bed linen to give each guest a fabulous night's sleep. Each lodge will sleep a maximum of 2 guests using a double bed. Each lodge has it's own private patio/alfresco dining area and allocated parking space. Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.
