Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Located near the NC Zoo and situated on the edge of the Uwharrie National Forest, this cozy family cottage offers accommodations for up to 7. You'll be within minutes from local attractions such as Low Water Bridge, Badin Lake OHV Trail Complex and Seagrove Pottery. Golf, lakes, and other outdoor attractions make for awesome local day trips. The large yard and parking area affords adequate space to bring and maneuver your off-road toys, trailers, boats etc... We love couples, solo adventurers, & furry friends who want one level beyond tent camping. Please understand there is very solar power lights. The Eco-Cabin is a rustic, 2-story hand built cabin in town. You'll enjoy the cabin, firepit, firewood, swing chairs, king size bed, linens, and a bathhouse with private toilet, sink and shower. We do allow pets for a 15$ pet fee per pet. There is parking and roaming rights to the surrounding 23.8 acres. We are convenient to the NC Zoo and Seagrove.
