As one of the few places to stay on historic Third Street in downtown McMinnville, it offers a truly unique location. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed, intimate rather than oversized, with nearly everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. And, as you turn in for the night, let your 50s-era "Sleep Mate" lull you to sleep with it's legendary white noise.

The offered rooms are at Inn at the Prom in Seaside, Oregon and are NON-VIEW rooms only. The suites have a deep jetted bath, sofa sleeper (full), coffee table, & snack kitchen with snack fridge and basic kitchen utensils for dining. Also included is free Wi-Fi, a TV, small table with two chairs, & a fireplace. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). The Deluxe King Suite is a spacious guest room featuring a king bed with a pillow top mattress. Included in this suite is free wifi, a comfortable seating area, and the communal kitchen located down the hall. It has its own private bathroom with shower, mini-fridge, and walnut counter top. While we allow pets in some rooms, this suite is not pet friendly.
