Animal lovers welcome. Stay on our peaceful 22-acre working farm, greeted by our canine welcoming committee: rare-breed working dogs, consisting of Pyrenean Mastiffs & a Basque Shepherd. Your private suite has a separate entrance, a queen bedroom with blackout curtains, and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 4. Your stay includes a customized farm tour with your host, natural farmer and author, where you'll meet a gentle horse and friendly farm animals. Enjoy a walk to the brook. 40 minutes to airport.

Early Riser barn-loft on Organic farm near Acadia

A unique offering for those who want a true farm experience! A clean, rustic above-barn space. Farm animals live below-Mr Teach the roo may crow (early!) chickens will cluck! There is a 2 burner stove, cold water sink seasonally(jugs provided in winter) a dorm fridge, and basic kitchen ware. Tea and coffee provided, veg & eggs for sale. The shower is at the main house, (either indoor or outdoor) and a bucket-style compost toilet is in the apartment. There’s a full bed and a fold out couch.

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.

This charming spot overlooking the bay is laid back and welcoming. Fully furnished, including linens, basic beach supplies —towels, chairs and umbrella. There is wi-fi and a Roku TV included (you will need your own streaming accounts), an air conditioner, and balcony with a view of Penobscot Bay. We strive to be an allergen free space so do not allow animals. We use all essential oil natural products (bleach disinfectant where needed) and natural laundry soap for our linens.

The cabin has four bedrooms, two with queen beds and two with two single beds, and two bathrooms. It has a full kitchen, internet and a flat screen TV. It's a 30 minute drive to Clarenville, on Route 205 off of the Trans-Canada Highway.
