This spacious 3-bedroom home features two double rooms with queen beds and one room with two king single beds, all with double-lined curtains for privacy. Enjoy morning coffee on the front patio or evenings on the back deck. Just a 7-minute walk to lively Ponsonby Road and a 10-minute drive to the CBD/Viaduct area, this villa offers excellent dining and nightlife. On-street parking is available; please arrange in advance.

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower
