Everything here is new—from the deck and outdoor area to the thoughtfully designed interiors—offering a serene escape that feels both private and connected to nature. Nestled in Saint Heliers, our cozy in-house apartment offers comfort and tranquility. With a private entrance, it includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea facilities, plus complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. Please note, no cooking facilities are available. Enjoy your private garden with seating and lush greenery. Families will love the toys, cot, high chair, and beach just 10 minutes away.

This contemporary studio apartment is located in Royal Oak, midway between Auckland Airport and the central city. Beautiful Cornwall Park and Maungakiekie mountain are at one end of the street. Formerly a studio for the artist/owner this is now a cosy space with the artist's work on display and available for purchase. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail will keep you cosy in winter. Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.

Originally an implement shed the 'The Tiny House' has been recently renovated into a magical luxury retreat....only 35 mins from downtown Auckland, 20 minutes from the airport. Expect to see endless countryside, rural animals, ponds, native bush while sitting in the wooden hot tub soaking it all in and watching the sunset. Expect to have peace and serenity ...the perfect escapism from the city and work stress... you will never regret it! Winter or summer you will be delighted.

Sunny studio in Sunnyhills, Auckland. Green and private. Across the road from the Rotary Waterfront Walkway and just a 5 min stroll to the Farm Cove shops with Burbs cafe, Mad Pie Bakery and local takeaways. With a 10 minute drive to Half Moon Bay Marina you find a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and ferries into town or the car ferry to the beautiful Waiheke Island. Convenient to bus stops for town and the Pakuranga Plaza. We'd love to host you in our corner of Auckland.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Our waterfront accommodation is a great place to relax and unwind conveniently located overlooking the picturesque Putiki Bay. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset across the bay. The bay is a tidal and is a great spot for kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming at high tide. With private waterfront views, the cottage is in with in easy reach of the islands beaches and local amenities, with the Ostend market and supermarket only 10 min walk.

Herald Island Hideaway

This unique, freestanding tiny house with lean-to is a private, welcoming space and is ideal for one person or a couple. It has a small, private fenced yard and a dedicated free parking space for one vehicle in the front. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is provided in the fully equipped kitchen: pick up your supplies at the supermarkets in Hobsonville or the Farmers Market at the weekends at Hobsonville Point.

Fleetwood is home to 2 serene studio spaces—side by side, each with its own private entrance and parking at the door.
