Just 2 miles south of Aurora, and a 5 minute walk to Long Point State Park with access to a public boat launch, swimming/playground/picnic area and stunning lake views. This cozy cottage offers a truly unique experience with beautiful lakeviews and 22 acres of private wooded trails behind it. Heron Cottage is the perfect spot to enjoy Fingerlakes wineries & breweries and is minutes from The Inns of Aurora.

Charming second-story apt w/private entrance, within walking distance of FLX Marina, the library and a grocery store. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a dresser, large closet, stand-up mirror & smart TV. The second bedroom features a full bed, twin bed, and dresser. Welcome to "Sunset Haven”! A 2 bedroom, 1 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features upper & lower decks, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, a 7ft waterslide, and 2 boat lifts. Fish off the dock, float on a tube (we can rent ours!), relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle in the 2 kayaks provided for use.
