Naše novo stanovanje ima površino 40 m² in obsega popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo (z električno ploščo, pečico, mikrovalovno pečico, toasterjem, filtrom za kavo in pomivalnim strojem), ki prehaja v dnevno sobo. Dnevna soba vključuje jedilni kotiček in kavč. Na voljo je tudi spalnica z zakonsko posteljo (180x200 cm). Kopalnica s tušem, sušilcem za lase, ločen wc. Stanovanje ima tudi 2 zasebna balkona – pogled na Wilden Kaiser.
