The remaining four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the first floor.

Dnevna soba vključuje jedilni kotiček in kavč. Na voljo je tudi spalnica z zakonsko posteljo (180x200 cm). Kopalnica s tušem, sušilcem za lase, ločen wc. Stanovanje ima tudi 2 zasebna balkona – pogled na Wilden Kaiser.
