My Avalon home is a wonderful warm and sunny cottage just 2 blocks from the beach, shops, boating, and other entertainment. It is located on "the flats" in the center of town for an easy walk to all destinations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

On a hillside just over a block from the beach lies a peaceful hideaway! Partial ocean view and stunning mountain views. There is a hill to get to the condo via 49 stairs. One could also get a ride from our local "uber" called Circuit for $2. The bedroom has a queen and a single bed, while the living room has a couch that converts to a double bed and recliner.2 small bathrooms with showers. Full kitchen with stove and essentials, coin washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrella in laundry room.

Stay on the best street in town!

This four bedroom house is located on Eucalyptus Avenue, the best street in Avalon. the street is pedestrian only and is much quieter than the other streets because of there are no go carts zooming up and down. The house is also one block from the supermarket and a few blocks from the pier and beach. The house itself is a quintessential Catalina charmer and like many of the older homes in Catalina, the floor has a gradual slope to the rear. Business License # 010990
