La Vielle-Ville et le centre historique se situe à 3 km seulement. A proximité, 500 m se trouvent le parc des expositions Forum Fribourg ainsi que la salle de jeux du Casino Barrière. Situé à 2 km de la sortie de l'autoroute A12 Fribourg-Nord, Gare CFF à 12 mn en bus et 20 mn à pieds. Centres com à 300 m (Migros, Coop, et Mediamarkt) Restaurant Coop ouvert jusqu'à 19 h lu-ma-me-ve et jusqu'à 21 h je, sa jusqu'à 16 h. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Le lieux est idéal pour les personnes qui apprécie un environnement naturel et paisible avec vue magnifique sur toute la région.

Pretty comfortable one-room apartment with parking

Nice little apartment of 43 m2 on the ground floor of a house in the center of the village, consisting of a large room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom which, unlike the room, is tiny but functional. Although the place is exposed to street noise during rush hour, the nights are quiet and the accommodation gives on the terrace side. Buses and trains available in two minutes walk; highway entrance near (Avenches).
