We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

It has been freshly redone and it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hammock, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space, also an outdoor shower.
