Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.

The gardens surrounding the home have quiet sitting areas for unwinding after a long day, and a fire pit area.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio !! You will have your own private entrance. The studio is connected to the main house, but you are guaranteed complete privacy . Enjoy the 1 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen. The bed is a king size bed and there is a twin floor mattress . The studio has its own washer and dryer. In addition, you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and heritage park on Mainstreet!

This is a great lakefront home on beautiful Lake Letta a 478 acre lake. Face west for beautiful sunsets and great view of undeveloped land nature at it's best. The home is very open and spacious with family room, with wet bar, beautiful stone fireplace, and mid-sized pool table. internet is also offered, as well as you tube tv and Amazon Prime streaming packages.
