A 10 minuti d’auto da Courmayeur, la ristrutturazione conservativa di questa “Antica Baita” dona uno spazio unico ed esclusivo. Baita indipendente su tre lati in borgo soleggiato. Alloggio su due piani. Parcheggio di fronte a casa, comodo e gratuito. Piano Terra: ingresso, camera matrimoniale con stufa a legna e bagno. Primo Piano: soggiorno luminoso e panoramico con cucina, camino funzionante a legna, alti soffitti, grandi vetrate e due balconi con vista aperta sulla valle e sulle montagne.

The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Enjoy the simple pleasures of privacy, beautiful views and fresh mountain air from a cozy and tasteful cabin in the alps.

Charmant chalet savoyard centenaire à Amphion-les-bains. Préservé avec authenticité. Proche des stations de ski comme Bernex, Morzine en hiver et à 200m des plages du Léman en été. Commerces du village, dont Super U, boulangerie, boucherie artisanale à 5 minutes à pied. Le chalet est situé face au Parc Maxima et sa célèbre source, assurant une eau fraîche et pure toute l'année. Le lac est à 2 minutes à pied. Possibilité d'accueillir une septième personne s'il s'agit d'un(e) enfant.

Mazot Les Tines is a cosy little hideaway straight out of Hansel and Gretel. A small chalet for a couple or family with young children. Situated between Chamonix and Argentiere in the village of Les Tines, it is well placed for skiing at both Les Grands Montets and Flégère-Brévent, and in the summer with the River Arve running close by, the perfect starting point for country walks. Relax in the hot tub at the end of your day! Sorry, no dogs.

A proximité de tout, mais dans le calme le plus complet, vous pourrez vous balader en pleine nature. Équipé de toilettes sèche intérieur et d’une salle d’eau ( pas de douche mais un point d’eau pour votre toilette quotidienne ). Le petit déjeuner vous est livré tous les matins en panier.

Cette cabane est située en plein milieu des fruitiers et d'un immense jardin potager ! Les volailles sont libres autour (oie, canard, poule) 🐤 La rivière est à 30sec avec une splendide vue sur les montagnes. Vous avez la possibilité d'ouvrir complètement le toit au dessus du lit pour admirer les étoiles, même en hiver car j'ai une couette bien chaude qui garde la chaleur du fourneau 🔥 Douches et toilettes partagées, à 30s du logement.
