Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Hidden in the Suffolk countryside, yet close to Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich beaches all a 10 minute drive away. Large open plan cabin sleeping 2, comfortably furnished, secluded private garden with sun deck, surrounded by mature trees. Henham Barns wedding venue 3 miles away and Thorington outside theatre within walking distance, nature reserve and marsh a 2 minute walk, ideal for wildlife and bird watching. Two pubs nearby. Within the catchment area for Sizewell - 20 minutes by car.

Stunning Lakeside Shepherd's Hut - Hot Tub & Sauna

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

The Saddle Inn, Snetterton Circuit

Welcome to The saddle Inn, What was previously a racing yard situated on 30 acres of beautiful green pasture nestled into the norfolk countryside. Accompanied by a slice of woodland which backs on to the River Whittle, perfect for short walks. The saddle inn is a newly formed modern space in the original yard with all the amenities and luxuries you’ll need for a relaxing stay. We are located just 1 mile from snetterton racetrack and offer secluded off road parking for your peace of mind.

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

The Cabin Millers Meadow

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in 4.5 Acres of Pakenham wildflower Meadow owned by Artists Steve and Jackie Manning. The Cabin Boasts extensive views of not only many Topiaries and sculptures but it also over looks Mickle Mere Nature Reserve and Pakenham Watermill. It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.

Escape to a Magical Woodland Retreat Nestled in a peaceful woodland, our geodesic zome offers a unique getaway. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, enjoy nature with the comforts of glamping. Relax in our fully-stocked alfresco cooking shack, perfect for outdoor meals. Afterward, unwind by the firepit, toasting marshmallows or stargazing under the woodland canopy with complimentary blankets. Kids can enjoy the play area with a trampoline, mud kitchen, and play shop.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Freedom House

The Caravan is situated in Valley Farm Holiday Park, Clacton on Sea. Very close to the Beach, Asda 5 min. In Park facilities, Outside and Inside swimming pool, Bar, Snacks, Restaurant, Entertainment, daytime kids club, Evening Entertainment. Superb facilities include in all-weather multi-sport court. 1 mile from the Sea and Restaurant close to the Sea. Also is the famous Clacton Pier where is Entertainments for all kids and adults, live music, restaurants.

Alfred's Barn @ Grove Farm

Stunning timber frame thatched barn sleeping up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), vast open-plan kitchen, sitting & dining area with extra tables to seat up to 27 indoor and out, along with a separate games room and TV room, set in a beautiful secluded rural setting. Twin bedrooms can be made as doubles, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
