Grange Cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has ample parking to the front an enclosed rear garden leading out to the small woods. Funky surf cabin

All wood, open-plan interior, featuring vintage fabrics and furniture. The cabin has one of the sunniest positions on the site, with a big grassy area outside and a small patio on decking at the rear. High ceilings and French doors make it uniquely airy and spacious. King sized bed, and banquette seating area converts into a second king sized bed. Kitchen, dining area and armchairs. Separate bathroom with hot shower and sink. No toilet inside the cabin: these are in a shared block close by.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Thatch Cottage offers all the modern essentials and has been immaculately modernised and renovated while still retaining its traditional rural charm.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese.
