Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

La Maison du Flaneur è collocata nel centro storico di Chioggia, vicino al vaporetto per Venezia e per le isole della Laguna. Si trova nei pressi del campanile con l'orologio mediovale più antico del mondo. Ed è a solo 1 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sottomarina. La casa è situata a pochi passi dal parcheggio comunale. Al piano terra potrete trovare la Hall e il deposito per le bici. Gli alloggi sono dotati di molti comfort, tra cui una splendida terrazza al piano superiore.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), central air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized. I also own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
