The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Weiters steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz mit Schrankenanlage zur Verfügung. Das Zentrum von Bad Aussee ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Bad Aussee also offers you various attractions like the Altausseer lake located about 4 km from the villa. Ski-areas are connected by bus from Bad Aussee.
