In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Unser traditioneller, gemütlicher Gasthof verfügt über 14 Zimmer und ist mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau. Restaurants und Geschäfte können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ihr bekommt von mir eine Gästekarte, damit könnt ihr die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis nutzen. Abtenau ist ein toller Ort zum Wandern, Mountainbiken oder einfach nur zum Spazierengehen. Es gibt Wasserfälle, wunderschöne Almen, ein geniales Freibad speziell für Kinder, Minigolf, eine Sommerrodelbahn. Frühstück € 15 pro Person.

The Classic Double Room is located in Hotel Lindenhof, a charming villa built in 1928. The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The Felsentherme spa is just 300 m away, and the train station only 350 m. Please note: a tourist tax of €4.80 per adult, per day is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mitten im Schigebiet Saalbach-Hinterglemm und Zell am See. Das Gästehaus bietet Platz für 11 Personen in 2 Appartments. Jedes Appartment bietet eine Küche, eine Dusche sowie ein WC. Ein Abstellraum im Untergeschoß bietet Platz für Ski oder Fahrräder, weiters gibt es ausreichende Parkplätze. Das Gästehaus wurde 2025 neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Haus Pöttler 1

Unser Haus bietet die ideale Voraussetzung für eine Woche zum Skifahren und Snowboarden, für einen aktiven Sommerurlaub in den Bergen oder für einen relaxten Kurztrip. Wir bieten Einzelzimmer und Doppelzimmer an. Das Frühstück ist nicht im Preis enthalten kann aber zusätzlich gebucht werden. Die Ortstaxe von €1,85 pro Person und Nacht ist vor Ort in bar zu bezahlen.
