Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. Unser stilvolles und luxuriöses Almchalet ist auf 1400m Seehöhe gelegen. Genieße die 80m² große Terrasse mit Panoramasauna und Jacuzzi. Die Alleinlage machen unser Chalet mit einer Flasche Wein aus dem hauseigenen Weinkeller zu etwas ganz Besonderen. Im Winter laden die Gebiete Kreischberg, Grebenzen und Lachtal zum Schifahren ein. Im Sommer sind Wanderungen und der Besuch der Bezirkshauptstadt Murau zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft wurde 2023/24errichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Wanderbegeisterte können direkt vom Haus eine Wandertour starten. Gäste, die gerne zum Wintersport kommen möchten, erreichen den nächsten Schilift in ein paar Gehminuten (10 Minuten)! Es gibt auch sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (mit dem Auto erreichbar), Thermalbäder, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe.
