On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. The stone holiday house is located in the quiet place Bajčići on the island of Krk. The house can accommodate 4 persons. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a large terrace on the roof with a jacuzzi and deckchairs for sunbathing. In front of the house is a covered terrace with a barbecue. An ideal choice for couples or families.
