The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Rilassati nella quiete delle colline piemontesi con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. Siamo a 5 min di macchina dalla Basilica di Superga ed intorno abbiamo un bosco e tutta la collina della Panoramica con Parco Avventura per i più avventurosi. La città di Torino è a 16 min di macchina, ma sarai comunque avvolto da uno spazio incontaminato nella natura piemontese. Nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti tipici piemontese. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

L'appartamento è situato al piano terra di un palazzo recentemente ristrutturato con una splendida corte interna, facilmente raggiungibile dalle principali stazioni ferroviarie tramite bus e taxi. Nel quartiere è presente ogni tipo di servizio, dal supermercato (di fronte al loft) a numerosi ristoranti e locali. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi il Museo del Cinema, all'interno della Mole Antonelliana.

L'appartamento elegantemente restaurato, si trova in via Giuseppe Verdi nel cuore del centro storico della città, a 100 metri dal simbolo di Torino "La Mole Antonelliana" e affianco all'Università di Lettere. L'abitazione è molto facile da raggiungere in macchina o in treno e pur essendo in centro è estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa perchè si sviluppa all'interno di un'antica corte di fine secolo 1700.
