This small cottage is located in the sunny and quiet area of Sa Figuera in Port de Sóller, at only 20 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes by car. The cottage is well equipped and totally renovated offering nice outdoor space and access to a shared pool. It is part of a larger property with two more cottages so the pool area is shared but each cottage has its own outdoor space. Plenty of parking area. Property is enclosed and secured. A dream place to relax or a good base for hiking.

This accommodation offers two bedrooms, a living room and a small kitchen. Two showers, each with its own toilet. The territory is fenced. The annex is part of a larger property, and there is a mansion next door that may have guests. However, each building is located independently and does not interfere with each other's privacy.
