You can have the ultimate summer holiday at the 'boat channel' in lennox head where you can hear the waves crashing on the shore when you go to sleep.The beach is out the back door where you can safely swim or snorkel, if your a surfer there’s no need for a car, the reef is a few minutes paddle away and the famous Lennox Point is a 10 minute walk along the picturesque track. Restaurants, Lennox Point Hotel and the Bowling club are a 5 minute walk away, Lake Ainsworth is a 15 minute walk away

Downstairs area, self-contained, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom/shower, separate toilet ,lounge, deck, pool .It is private but part of the house so expect some noise from everyday activities. Own entrance at the side, down a slope with pavers which is slippery when it rains and not suitable for those with mobility problems. This Totally private fully self-contained Studio. It has amazing wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning and an enclosed courtyard and deck for your pets. You can park your car on the left hand side of driveway. There's a 2nd studio for friends or family. The studio is situated about 5 to 10 mins drive to Byron Bay. After booking please read house manual for instructions on what to do and where to get key etc. please leave fan on in bathroom when u go out and after using the shower .
