We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Set in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this canal side spacious property (with en-suite) is set back from the road and offers tranquility. A great range of walks including Pen y Fan can be started from the front door. The traditional local pub (CAMRA award winner) is less than 150 metres away and serves a great variety of dishes. Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

Duck Cottage is a cosy house sat on the Brecon – Monmouth Canal. The property is shared with the duck squatters who frequent the garden. The property is perfectly positioned within Brecon town and all bedrooms have a canal view. Ideally situated with several local pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby (all within walking distance) while also centrally located for outdoor activities nearby on the canal and within the Brecon Beacons Park. Relax inside the heated cabin looking out into the trees and do a bit of bird spotting. Cook and dine in a well equipped kitchen and dining area.
