Beau gîte familial indépendant et totalement équipé dans une charentaise rénovée du 18e siècle au cœur d'un parc arboré de 7 ha, à 5 minutes de toutes commodités (resto, ciné, théâtre, ...) Le gîte de 70 m2 est composé de 2 chambres doubles, d'une salle de bain et d'une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie. Vous pourrez flâner/pécher au bord de l'étang, se prélasser dans une piscine de 8x10m à l'orée du bois. Des activités (pétanque, badminton, tir à l'arc, ...) sont à votre disposition.

Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Loft avec jacuzzi et sauna

Belle maison de type loft 180 m2. Vous trouverez au rez de chaussez une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, micro ondes, machine à laver, sèche linge), coin repas, la salle d'eau (douche à l'italienne,wc) ainsi qu'un espace détente avec cheminée et jacuzzi (4 personnes max). A l'étage, vous profiterez du Sauna, d'un premier lit en 140 avec un coin eau+wc, d'une chambre avec lit en 160 ainsi qu'un salon avec tv. A l'extérieur : terrasse, et piscine chauffée (mai /sept) Coin barbecue .

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Venez découvrir la campagne Charentaise, au coeur du Vignoble Cognaçais, en Grande Champagne, au sein d'une exploitation viticole. Je mets à votre disposition un logement neuf de 50m² attenant à ma maison, mais totalement indépendant. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine familiale chauffée de mai à octobre. Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
