Clitherall Lake public access is 700 feet away for boat or jet ski launching. Also available: paddle board, pedal boat, some floaties, 3 fishing poles. Year round cabin open for winter stays also. Just 1 mile from the snowmobile trail. Ice fish on Crane Lake with a portable fish house or drive onto Clitheral Lake.

Private Historic Flat • Walk/Bike to Downtown

Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in one of Fargo’s historic neighborhoods, this private second-floor flat is just a 20-minute walk or quick 5-minute bike ride to downtown. Remodeled in 2018, the space features a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable living room, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (400+ Mbps) and shared use of two 6-speed cruiser bikes with helmets and a cable lock.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Riverfront Retreat

You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
