Quiet area, charming one bedroom (Second bedroom locked for when ONLY 2 guest book) house with many amenities. door has code provided 1 day before arrival. Please be sure to hit the lock icon as you exit. The open concept, living room dinning room/island kitchen is incorporated in our home for our guest pleasure, a large TV can be view in the living/dining area, 2 accent chairs, plenty seating. 1 full bathroom aside from bedroom. Most importantly, enjoy your stay at this lovely property.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, ECT anywhere on/in the property. Located in the detached duplex building from our main house. Two story apartment (bathroom is downstairs). Upstairs studio layout sleeps 5 w/ 1 Queen sized bed & 2 air mattresses (1 single/1 queen). Our personal Hot tub is available with a reservation. Short drive to I-75, Bass Pro Shops, Publix, Red Top Mountain State Park, Lake Allatoona(not walkable), Butterfly Pavilion, & 9 miles to LakePoint Sports Complex.

Enjoy a camping experience with no hassle in this full hookup RV/Camper that is located in a neighborhood on our property where we live full time. Just a short drive from I-75, Bass Pro Shops, restaurants, Publix, Red Top Mountain State Park, Lake Allatoona(not walkable), Butterfly Pavilion, The Conservatory & 9.2 miles from LakePoint Sports Complex.

Our kitchenette has (just a double burner) patio w/ covered fence backyard, 10 min to downtown Cartersville and Old Car City, restaurants, entertainment, 15 min to Allatoona Lake, biking, running path, nature trails, Lake Point Sports. 35 to 45 min to Atlanta (no tolls)

Allatoona lakefront Victorian farm 4 bedrooms

The Inn is a historic Allatoona lakefront Victorian Mansion and farm with horses and chickens. You will have 4 guest rooms without other guests. We include linens, towels, coffee, housekeeping, Wi-Fi and premium TV. Price is for 8 guests, but 2 more can be added for $25.00/night/guest. Video surveillance is used at entrance doors, inside halls, and grounds as required by our local govt. We are near Lakepoint, Redtop Mountain State Park, and Smithsonian museums.

Super Quiet Room. Updated Summer of 2024. The beds are a daybed with super comfy pillow top mattress on top and a pull out bed with memory foam mattress on the bottom. The other bed is a twin XL Electric. You have your own private vanity & sink in suite. Roku TV with YouTube TV. Small Fridge with storage shelves. The closet is large if you need to store lots of items. You may share a tub/shower/toliet between your room and the “Masi Mara Room”.

My place close to I-75 only 3mails and highway 92 only 2 mails ,2 mails lake Allatoona with so many beaches and marina, state red top mountain park with lots of trails for hiking and biking and tennis court mini golf in 5 mails , SunTrust park with Braves stadium in 13 mails , Kennesaw mountain, and Mall and Kennesaw University in 7 mails . GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND RELAX

In-law suite suitable for small dogs

Small neighborhood 5 minutes from the interstate and 10 minutes to the Lakepoint complex. Cartersville and Canton are 10 minutes away. Across the highway from Lake Altoona access. Very quiet with view of the woods behind the home. Has it's own private door access available to enter at any time of the day.
