It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

Situated on Hitchcock Avenue in the heart of Barwon Heads, Now&Then is Ideal for couples or small families. Whilst situated on the main strip it is far enough away from the shopping precinct to provide the relaxation that your holiday requires.

Our beach house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom . The back deck and secure large backyard is an ideal spot for enjoying a sunny afternoon with family and friends.
