"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Stroll across the iconic Barwon River Bridge to access the stunning beaches of the Surf Coast; miles of walking, swimming and surfing... PLEASE NOTE: our apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE or anyone with mobility issues because it is accessed by a relatively steep internal staircase.

Rivershak, Pet friendly couples beach escape!

Enjoy beach days in this gorgeous little shack, walking distance to the river and everything else Ocean Grove has to offer. Rivershak is the ‘Rose’ amongst the thorns, standing out in its surrounds.Whilst we are in a complex of other shacks, we are the only one completely renovated. Don’t be deterred! Rivershak is is independently owned and so cute. Pet friendly is key here. The rear yard is secure, a beautiful grassy patch and lots of shelter for your fur baby.

It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

Locally sourced produce includes Adelia muesli, sourdough, LardAss butter, sparkling water, juice, milk and jam. Relax the afternoon away in your cosy lounge or outdoor area with a local wine you have picked up on your adventures. On cooler evenings enjoy the warmth of your outdoor firepit.

If you are after a relaxing break in a fab coastal surf town this is it. Separated from the main dwelling Asmara offers privacy comfort & space. Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .

Sheets and towels provided. With huge windows overlooking Koonya dunes and classic beach house styling, It is a perfect place to relax, romance, reconnect, exercise and rejuvenate. Cosy self contained studio with private entrance on 1 acre, 3 km from beach and shops. Full kitchen, washing machine, Netflix. Pet friendly with 2 friendly huskies who love to greet guests and play. Private fenced BBQ area for you and your pets plus hot tub on the property. The huskies are all fluff and no fuss, happy to share their patch of paradise with you and your furry friends.
