Basel: La Belle Maison, room N°3

To rent three individual rooms in the second floor of an old house with garden located in the centre of the city. Room N°1 can be rent for 3 nights or more Rooms N°2 and 3 can be rent for one or more nights Rooms N°1 and N°2 have a double bed (two persons) and Room N°3 has two individual beds. The price is for one room per night regardless of the presence of one or two person(s). Included is a Basel Card. This includes a daily ticket for all the public transports of Basel, a ticket from the Basel-Mulhouse Airport or the Train Station up to our home, to a reduction of 25% for access to museums as well as for different visits of the city. Shower and toilet are next to the rooms. We provide linen and towels. A small kitchen with microwave, fridge and two hobs is available. If they so desire, we will be happy to prepare in our kitchen for our guests a breakfast (8 CHF) with homemade bread! There is a wireless but neither radio nor television. You will find a desk in rooms 1 and 3 (see photos). Also available are, upon request, hair dryer, washing machine and iron. Arrival from the Airport: When you get outside the airport take the bus n°50 (the only line). There are buses every 7min (Every 15 min in the very ealy morning or late at night). Stop at "Am Wasenboden/St Johann" which is the third stop after the Airport. Take at the same stop the bus N° 36 and get out two stops after (Metzerstrasse). Walk 30m (same direction as the bus) and take the little street on your right (Rheinländerstrasse). Courage, you are soon there! Still 60m to go and you then reach Hebelstrasse. 70m on your left and, at the crossroad with Friedensgasse, is our house (see picture on Airbnb). Bravo, you made it! In other words 5 min from the bus stop. Arrival from the SBB Basel Station: Take bus N° 30 (slightly on your left when you get out of the station). Stop at Bernoullianum (4 stops from the station) and Hebelstrasse is on the other side of the large street. 120 m and here you are! (Intersection with Freidensgasse). The house is located 10 minutes from the Market Square. A direct bus will take you to either the Exhibition Centre (6 stops, 6 minutes) or to the Central Station (4 stops, 5 minutes) or to the "German" Station (Badisher Bahnhof, 10 min). Within five minutes you will be at Kannenfeldpark, a wonderful park with old trees and games for children or at the Rhein along which you can enjoy a nice walk. The situation is very quiet and the house is located in St Johann neighbourhood within walking distance from the University Hospital. We speak German, French, English, Spanish, and Swedish and welcome international visitors!

The Basel Biotope

Your Basel Home is located a 10 min walk from the Rhine where you may enjoy a good swim and 5 min from the old city wall surrounding medieval Basilea. - A good friend has called the houses and garden a biotope, a lovely peaceful island yet so close to city life.... You may stay with us alone or family; conference room available against charge. You may occasionally see people from our family or family start-up. Privacy is guaranteed. If you are 1 t0 3 only there might be other guests as well.

Appartmenthaus, in Grünanlage, zentral gelegen!

Das Apartment ist fußläufig zum Sankt Jakob, wo die ESC stattfindet. Man kann auch mit der Tram 3 Stationen fahren. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, nahe dem Zentrum, in dem erholsamen Gellert-Quartier, an einem Park mit grossen Bäumen und Sitzbänken, mit Blick auf den Tennisplatz und Spielplatz. Das Appartment ist hell und sonnig. Für Städte-Tipps, Anregungen und Restaurant-Empfehlungen stehen wir ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Es dürfen im Studio keine Partys veranstaltet werden.

Unsere grosszügige Unterkunft mit tollem Garten bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom kleinen Dorfladen und dem öffentlichen Verkehr entfernt. Der Bus bringt dich in 30 Minuten ohne umzusteigen ins Zentrum von Basel. Gerne stellen wir Gästekarte aus, damit fahren Sie kostenlos im Tarifverbund Nordwest Schweiz und haben vielerorts Vergünstigungen.

Historical apartment in the city center (1504)

4-room apartment with 2 sleeping-rooms and 2 bathrooms in a historical house on 4 floors. Beautiful, historical building with low ceilings (not ideal for people taller than 1.8 m) located in a calm backyard. 1st floor: double-room, new shower/WC. 2nd floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining-room. 3rd floor: living-room with shared balcony. 4th floor: sleeping-room with sofa-bed 150x200cm (a topper will be put on the mattress), shower/WC. Door on every floor to ensure full privacy.

Cosy room near ART Basel, free parking

Quiet room with a 1.60 meter wide double bed, located in the second floor of our house with a beautiful garden. Free parking is available. 10 mins by tram to the center. Direct free bus in 19 mins to the St. Jakobshalle. The indicated price is per room. We are happy to serve a delicious breakfast on request. Free wifi. Our cat also lives in our house. Guests receive a ticket to use public transport in our area for free! We speak German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Gemütliches Privatzimmer

Wir bieten ein einfaches Privatzimmer in dem Keller unserer Doppelhaushälfte. Du hast einen privaten Eingang und ein privates Badezimmer und darfst unsere Küche und unseren Garten gerne mitbenutzen. Wir wohnen sehr nahe am Bhf Pratteln Salina Raurica. Die S-Bahn fährt 10 Minuten nach Basel und du bekommst gratis eine Tageskarte zu deiner Buchung. Man hört den Zug jedoch auch im Zimmer, das müsste dir bewusst sein. Augusta Raurica, Supermarkt und Natur sind ganz nah.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind Kaffee oder Tee am Morgen. Weiter kannst du die Küche mitbenutzen, die Waschmaschine und den Garten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Haustür.

Willkommen in unserem schönen Heim! Sehr gut angebunden liegt es nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtkern entfernt, in der Nähe eines grossen Parks und dem Zoo. Bahnhof und Flughafen sind in direkter Verbindung zu erreichen. Die Tramlinie 1 und 6 sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar, sowie die Busse Nr. 50, 48, 33.

Ruhiges Zimmer mit Teeküche an guter Lage

Das Haus steht an einer ruhigen und friedlichen Wohnstrasse. Trotzdem sind die Verkehrsverbindungen in die Innerstadt, zum Bahnhof und zum Flughafen optimal. In 10 Minuten kannst Du auch zu Fuss in die Innerstadt oder an den Rhein gelangen.
