Welcome to The Snug, our beautiful escape in Bombay Sapphire territory, on the banks of the River Test. Extended to include front door access from London St. Your suite incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchenette, wifi tv, breakfast bar, fridge, combination oven / microwave, washing machine etc through to a separate shower room and large comfy bedroom c/w luxurious cast iron bath. The Pottery Barn

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

Private Annexe in Hartley Wintney

Our modern Annexe is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and gated parking to the front. Just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney & a 10 minute walk to the centre, there is a Tesco Express, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and 2 local pubs, one situated on the edge of the Cricket Green. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Loft @ Burghfield - Self Contained Annexe

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

Beautiful self-contained studio with its own front door, step free access and parking for one car in the charming hamlet of Abbots Worthy. Situated in the Itchen Valley, between the Cathedral City of Winchester (8 min drive) and Georgian Market Town of Alresford (10 min drive). On the edge of the South Downs National Park Alton is surrounded by beautiful countryside ideal for cycling and walking. The house has it's own private entrance, driveway parking and fast wifi, kitchen, restful living room, bright airy bedrooms and a stylish shower room.

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

Beautiful, well appointed studio annexe in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. South Warnborough is a wonderful place to base yourself for a short stay, nestled in the quiet, rolling countryside of Southern England but with easy access to London and to the South West. If you wouldn't mind including a short summary of the reason for your stay when you book I'd really appreciate it!
