With 4 dedicated Work“Stations”, super-fast internet and close to public transport, it’s ideal when visiting Basingstoke for work/pleasure. Comfortable living room, large kitchen with dining area and spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - double bed, Bedroom 2 - two singles, bedrooms 3 & 4 have single beds. All bedrooms and each work “station” has power supporting multiple plugs, USB connections and wireless charging.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Self contained, rural cottage, 2 double bedrooms

Peaceful rural cottage situated just off the A339 with stunning views. 10 minutes by car from Basingstoke train station. The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. Dogs welcome by agreement.

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Located near the 16th century estate The Vyne, Highclere Castle, Bombay Sapphire Distillery, the ruins of Old Basing house, to name but a few. Great footpaths and cycle routes. Cosy little Annex with one bedroom and one bathroom. Perfect size for two (or 2+baby). Double bed with luxury bed linen, comfy sofa, TV and tea & coffee making facilities in the main room. We have a very small fridge for milk or a baby bottle. Black out blind available. En suite with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace is a little sun trap during the summer with seating. Little Box is separate to our home, so you can come and go as you please. Free parking available.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Private Annexe in Overton, Hampshire

This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.
