Tijdens je verblijf in dit ruime appartement kom je helemaal tot rust. Op de binnenplaats is ruimte voor 2 auto's. In de gezamelijke tuin is een trampoline en klimrek. De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

In alle rust logeren op een historisch binnenhof

Deze comfortabele vakantiewoning is gelegen op de historische site ´De Hof van Eggertingen´. De site is gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Millen, centraal tussen Hasselt, Tongeren, Maastricht, Luik, Aken. Naast de culturele belevenissen en shoppingmogelijkheden, kan je hier ook genieten van de rust en natuur. De woning ligt aan het fietsroutenetwerk en in de omliggende velden is het heerlijk wandelen. Als gastheer maken we je graag wegwijs in het uitgebreide aanbod dat de streek biedt.

Bienvenue au Val de Lixhe ! Vous pourrez loger dans une partie privée de la maison incluant : une chambre, une cuisine, une salle de bain-douche et toilette séparées. Ce lieu calme, en bord de Meuse (section non-navigable) le long du RAVEL est facilement accessible en vélo ou en voiture. Lixhe, est à : - 5 km de Visé (gare de Visé), - 10 km de Maastricht, - 23 km de Liège, - 45 km d'Aachen (Aix-La-Chapelle) . Nombreux commerces à proximité, ainsi qu'une Zone Natura 2000.

Gezellig verblijf voor 2 gasten in een kasteelhoeve in een prachtige omgeving. De kasteelhoeve is onderdeel van een historische buitenplaats. Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Logement de caractère/ entrée et parking privés

Mon logement se trouve au coeur du village de Glons, dans la vallée du Geer. Glons se situe à 15 km au nord de Liège, entre Maastricht et Tongres. Le village est desservi par une gare sur la ligne directe Liège-Anvers. L'accès autoroutier est à 3 km. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour sa quiétude et la proximité d'importants centres culturels. Au départ de la maison, vous pourrez emprunter le Ravel, pour vous rendre à Maastricht ou à Tongres ( à découvrir également !).

Appartement Langsteeg, nabij Maastricht/Valkenburg

Dit door weilanden omringde appartement is erg landelijk gelegen langs de Mergellandroute en op korte afstand van Maastricht en Valkenburg. Zowel vanuit de woonkamer als de slaapkamer heeft men een prachtig uitzicht over het heuvellandschap. Maastricht centrum, MUMC+, Universiteit Maastricht en het Mecc zijn vanuit deze locatie middels een rechtstreekse verbinding per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar. Een uitstekende plek voor zowel een ontspannend als zakelijk verblijf!

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Nous nous situons dans un quartier très calme de notre village situé en bord de Meuse à proximité de Maastricht et de Liège. Idéalement situé pour visiter Liège, le Pays de Herve, les Ardennes, Maastricht et ses alentours, Aachen... Nous mettons à votre disposition un studio (25 m²) entièrement équipé dans une partie de notre maison . Entrée indépendante et parking privatif. The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
