Appartement très lumineux, entièrement équipé, situé dans le sud du 11ème arrondissement, dans l'un des plus vieux quartier de Paris, entre Bastille et Nation. Possibilité de parking dans l'immeuble, couvert et sécurisé pour une moyenne voiture (largeur du parking 220cm, cf photo). Tarif : 20 euros / jour. Secteur réputé pour ses bars et ses restaurants, dynamique et très commerçant, très bien desservi par les transports (métros lignes 1,2,6,8,9 et RER A, 3 bus). Marché d'Aligre à proximité.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Il se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.
