There is a large period lounge with interconnecting kitchen and dining area with gorgeous views over the garden and Bath. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower over power shower, and under floor heating. In addition there is a separate cloakroom with WC. Parking is available at Bath Cricket Club only 5-minutes walk away and the train station is less than 10-minutes walk. The house itself is spacious, with a large lounge, modern kitchen dining room with doors that open onto the rear courtyard making it great for entertaining. Upstairs there are 3-double bedrooms and one with ensuite.
