Falling Springs falls, the Jackson River, The Homestead and The Greenbrier Resort are all nearby! Outdoor activities are available throughout the area: ample hiking trails, kayaking excursions, fishing, Lake Moomaw, the infamous natural, warm spring waters bubbling from the earth, etc.!

Ashwood Farmhouse

Welcome to the Ashwood House! A three-bedroom home located in Hot Springs, VA. The Ashwood house is a traditional four-square house built in the 1920s. It is made of brick and offers great insulation and naturally maintains a comfortable temperature. While the house isn't air-conditioned centrally, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the kitchen, plus a couple of strategically placed window units (May). The house does have central heat. Only 2 dogs permitted, must note on reservation.

This 500-square-foot retreat features a clawfoot tub, propane fire pit, and screened-in porch with mountain views. Enjoy the cozy feel of a tiny home with plenty of space for a memorable stay. You’ll enjoy the perfect mix of country relaxation and easy access to downtown Lexington. Whether relaxing on the porch or dining on Main Street, the farmhouse offers the best of both worlds.

Lovely, private setting in the beautiful mountains of the Shenandoah Valley, surrounded by nature. Modern, tranquil, 1 bedroom (Queen)/1 bathroom unit attached to standalone barn on 22 acres. Property is 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and the Homestead resort. This is the perfect basecamp for enjoying the many recreational activities in the area: fishing, golf, horseback riding, hiking, kayaking and more. Or relax at the property by the firepit overlooking the pond. Pet Friendly!

Quaint Cottage with Yard & Firepit

This quaint cottage in Hot Springs, Virginia, 2.4 miles from the historic Homestead Resort, sleeps 6 (to include a California king sized bed!) or can be the ideal location for a romantic getaway. Cottage includes 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, and laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The living room has satellite TV. Bluetooth speakers are wired into the common space. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee and a $100 pet fee (if applicable).

Brent's Cabin

Enjoy our cozy and comfortable cabin situated on 20 private wooded acres near several trout streams, George Washington National Forest, Virginia Game Commission, hiking trails, and caves. Brent's Cabin sleeps four, including a double bed and two twin beds in the loft. For skiing we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from snowshoe and 30 minutes from The Homestead. For fishing we are 5 minutes away from the Bullpasture, 10 minutes from the Cowpasture, and 25 minutes from the Jackson River.

Minutes from downtown Lexington , this modern Carriage House is architecturally rich, with skylights, cathedral ceiling and custom cabinetry. Queen size bed, 2 roll away beds/cots.
