Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv is available with Netflix and all sports channels

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Private Victorian Courtyard Studio w/wood burner

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. If not available check our other apartment.

The Hideaway - parking, central, peaceful, private

A unique guest cottage located in a tranquil garden in Central Bath with private access. It's finished to a high spec and has both en-suite bathroom and well equipped kitchenette as well as high-speed broadband, high quality bed linen, desk and ample clothes storage. There is off street car parking included. We are based in central Bath with the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the city centre only a 10 minutes walk away. Please note that it is STEPS ONLY access to the property.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
