You will find many restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. The apartment is 100m2, on the 5th floor with a lift, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separated toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a charming Haussman style apartment with numerous original features such as herring-bone parquet floor, moldings on the ceiling, and 2 marble fireplaces

It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
