We would love to welcome you to enjoy our lovely, boutique studio with beautiful views over the Ohope Beach and iconic Whale and White Islands. This studio ideally suits a single/couple.( Not suitable for children) Ohope - voted NZs favourite beach - great swimming, lovely walks close by or simply walk down the beach. Close to Whakatane - a great little town with boutique shopping and dining venues. Come and relax or take the opportunity to do charter fishing or trip to Whale Island. ENJOY!

Ideal couples retreat - quiet and peaceful with breathtaking water views! Small but cosy studio space with ensuite bathroom, and exclusive use of spa pool. Please note there are no kitchen facilities, however there is a fridge, microwave, electric jug, toaster, tea and coffee included. Lovely deck area to sit and take in the gorgeous views - enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise or relax with a glass of wine in the evening! It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living/bedroom and an outside deck with free outside parking. The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.
