Property hosts private BBQ area with an outdoor shower - perfect for Mount evenings. Please note there is a resident cat.

Enjoy our resort-style 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, with only a 10-min walk to the beach and shops. Open-plan living which flows to the outdoor entertaining space featuring a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. Two bedrooms have private ensuites, and two rooms can be set up as super king or twin beds. Stay entertained with the gym, heated pool, spa pool, and sauna. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Walk or bike to RSA or Saturday farmers market with 4 included bikes. Kingfisher cottage -outdoor bath, fire, sauna

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

The Abode

The Abode, a short walk to everywhere, is a cosy well appointed apartment, ideally situated in the heart of Mt Maunganui between the main surf beach & harbour. Enjoy views of the swimming pool and a glimpse through trees of the ocean from balcony. There is a sauna and gym. A private right of way to the ocean is a bonus .The Abode is an all-season getaway. Everywhere is a short walk; surf beach, harbour, Mt Mauao walking tracks, cafés, restaurants & boutique shopping on Mount MainStreet.

Private new home nestled amongst native trees in beautiful Acacia Bay, just 10 minutes to town. 5 minute walk to the lake. Located in a gated community with swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis courts, plus our own private spa on the deck. This home is perfect for families or just a nice weekend break away from your life of hustle n bustle. Although we state 6 people, there is a fold out couch which children aged about 8 and under could use. You’re very welcome to bring air beds.

Beautiful cottage on a private fenced section. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other has a single bed. There is an infrared sauna room. The cottage suits a couple and a third person. Off street parking at the back of the house, plenty of room to park a boat. No gate over driveway. Small front lawn with a lavender garden and view of the lake from the front deck. Large living room with french doors to deck. A beautiful space with a healing energy, perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Built in 2007, 45 minutes from Whakapapa skifield, close to numerous trout fishing rivers and 500m from the Motuoapa marina and boat ramp on Lake Taupo. There are 3 heat pumps and a gas fire for your comfort. Property is 30 minutes from Taupo nearer to Turangi (Airbnb show it on Taupo searches)
