My unit has a very good location. It is 500m to Brighton beach, 500m to Middle brighton train station, 50 m to the Church street shopping centre. 30m to Brighton Grammar School. There are two bedrooms (a large bedroom with a queen bed & a smaller bedroom with a double bed), a generous living room, a recently renovated kitchen, laundry and bathroom. High speed internet and smart TV. It is a wonderfully quite place for people who love beach life.
