Our cozy home features stunning views with an array of floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the water and surrounding forest areas, outdoor firepit, indoor electric fireplace, spacious bedrooms, fully loaded kitchen and dining area, and centralized air for cooling/heating.

There’s direct access to the Newfoundland trail way from our backyard. Great for the ATV/ snowmobiler and nature enthusiasts! And Cobbs pond is only mins away.
