Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Close to Bus Stop that will take you to the City or if you prefer a short walk to the ferry for a trip to popular Hobsonville to check out the exciting cafes, bars and Farmer's Market or directly to the City. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

Our family home is in Birkenhead on Auckland's North Shore with sensational harbour and bush views The separate, self-contained apartment has a full kitchen, unlimited high-speed 100mbps (WiFi ), a new LG 55" TV (with NETFLIX), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom features a queen bed and quality linen. Breakfast is provided consisting of cereal, bagels/toast, plunger coffee/ teas and preserves.

This unique, freestanding tiny house with lean-to is a private, welcoming space and is ideal for one person or a couple. It has a small, private fenced yard and a dedicated free parking space for one vehicle in the front. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is provided in the fully equipped kitchen: pick up your supplies at the supermarkets in Hobsonville or the Farmers Market at the weekends at Hobsonville Point.
