Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
