Agréable studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes gratuites sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

L'été , le gite est à 500 m de la piscine municipale, tennis et mur d'escalade il y a aussi la base de loisirs de marcot à 1km( accrobranche,jeux aquatique,parcours de santé, lac de peche) L'hiver nous sommes à 5 km de la station de ski d'Areches ou 17km de la station des Saisies .
