Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Une table de babyfoot, une collection de vinyles, CD, DVD, jeux ainsi qu'un téléviseur et un foyer électrique.

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. Le charmant boisé avec spa et véranda

Ce charmant chalet rustique est très confortable et cozy. Nous sommes à 7 minutes du village pittoresque de St-Sauveur. Le chalet est dans un coin de rue tranquille en pleine nature. Le spa est discret, il se trouve à l'arrière de la maison. L'accès au lac est pour les gens de la rue et est à environ 20 minutes de marche. Il y a 4 chambres fermées mais nous n'acceptons pas les groupes de 8 adultes car trop à l'étroit pour 4 couples. C'est plutôt agréable 4 ou 6 adultes avec enfants.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.
